San Joaquin Gardens Tuscany Apartments

Renovation of twelve units, three fourplexes.  Work included both exterior and interior renovations. Exterior work transitioned the old architecture into a modern Tuscan style. Interior work was a complete gut and transformation from layout to electrical, flooring and all interior fixtures and carpentry.
