Barry brings twenty years of experience in the industry with an emphasis on contracting and management. He is an ardent cross-fitter, race enthusiast and skier. He is a foodie that can COOK! Barry and his daughter are devoted Detroit Lions fans and dress the part at gametime.

Ken has over two decades of development experience including construction finance expertise, contract negotiation and oversight as well as all phases of the property entitlement process.
Ken is an avid skier and enjoys maxing out his VO2 on his Pelaton. Serving on -Munster Sister Cities board keeps him tied to his German roots. He’s a fervent Amazon supporter with the help of his wife and sons. He’s also a food enthusiast that loves to try new ways to cook for his family and friends.
Darrell J. Higgins

Project Manager
Darrell has worked in the industry for over 20 years. D-Hig is a from Fresno State track athlete and has continued his love for sports by coaching soccer, football and baseball. On the job he is known for his effective Jersey hand-talking. Darrell’s willingness to jump in and help with any situation makes him a integral piece on the Barken Team.

When asked how long he has been in the construction business Tim responded “been awhile.” Tim’s suspenders and smile make him famous on the site. His integrity and work ethic may also have something to do with his popularity. Tim’s a board member for the Turkey Federation and likes to ruffle his family’s feathers on occasion. If you think you can beat him in a dance competition, you are mistaken!
Rob Reichle

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob’s knowledge of construction means and methods is unequaled. We can’t say the same for his haircut as he remains the only person we know who still owns a flowbee. A sports fanatic, Rob can be found watching ESPN when not showing his prowess on the jobsite.
