The Copper River Apartments consist of 492, Class A apartments totaling approximately 625,000 square feet. Barken Development & Construction is operating as the Developer and Contractor for the project. The project will consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with 25 townhomes. There will be two pools, yoga/fitness center and a three-story clubhouse with a rooftop terrace over looking the San Joaquin River and Sierra Nevada mountains.
