Fortune Associates Building

There were four projects associated with this building.  First was the Fortune Façade Project 15,000 SF.  Work consisted of a complete renovation of the exterior finishes of the building, including landscape removal and replacement to bring the building to much more drought tolerant setting, replaced all the HVAC units on the buildings, resurfaced and restriped the parking lot, poured new ADA access to the front door, added new entry glazing at the north and south elevations, upgraded the courtyard with new concrete, railings and stairs, updated both the bathrooms upstairs.  The next three were tenant improvements (TI’s) for suites 200, 201 and 205.  The TI renovation work was a complete gut of the old spaces and new floorplans with new finishes throughout: work included new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wall, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, paint and fire sprinklers.
